8 on the 8th
Allison just celebrated her golden birthday by turning 8 years old on the 8th of March (if we go back to her birth date... she was due on 3/3/03... which would have been COOL... but she had her own ideas and came 5 days late.).
Her gift from mom and dad was getting her ears pierced. She's waited a long time for this exciting occasion. She chose sapphire stones-- her birthstone.

She was super brave and is very excited for the 6 weeks to pass when she can try on some other pretties! :)

congratulations to Allison! What a big milestone in a girl's life...the day she can begin to bedazzle her lobes:)
Side bar: Harrison was due on 3-3-03 also! He decided to put me on bed rest 2-2-03 and thankfully arrive a couple of weeks early. I'm not a big fan of bed rest...such a waste of time :)
I'm just guessing that she was excited for this to happen. DARLING!!! She is clearly very proud to have her ears pearced! Congrats Miss Allie!
